Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

Galencio formulates products to the highest clinical and quality standards. Because our products are consumable health supplements, we do not accept returns of any product, opened or unopened, for any reason. Refunds and replacements are issued only in the case of a verified adverse reaction, a manufacturing defect, or an order cancellation as outlined below.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a Galencio product, contact us immediately at asolano@pdlab.net or 512-219-0724. Our team will review the reaction and, where warranted, may issue a refund or replacement. We may request the remaining product and supporting documentation as part of this review.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at asolano@pdlabs.net with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is final, and the policies above apply.

Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, the product will be returned to us by the carrier. Once received, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

All Sales Final

Outside of the circumstances above, all sales are final. We do not accept products back for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer, or general dissatisfaction.

How to Report an Issue

Contact us at asolano@pdlabs.net or 512-219-0724 with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Resolution

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Approved replacements ship at no additional cost to you.
